I hope you've enjoyed your 9 months stay at your current rental premise. This is to remind you that your lease will be expiring on the 28th Nov 2011 and you shall be evicted after that.
I have another place waiting for you when this lease is up. So if you would like to leave 2 weeks before the current due date, you are more than welcome to. Seeing that you've been a really good tenant, I will gladly waive all charges for any damages you've caused to the current premise - water leakage, wear and tear from your late night partying, extra energy consumption, storage, etc.
Just remember to pack and take all your belongings with you as you will not be able to return to the current premise after you leave.
If possible, kindly give me one day's notice so that I can prepare your new home for you in advance. If it makes it easier for you, I will be more than willing to help you move.
