Happy half birthday to my little precious sunshine!
Leann darling, you turn 6 months today... It's been such a joy watching you grow and learn since the day you were born. You surprise us with new things everyday and bring laughter to our lives. Any stress and unhappiness instantly melts away whenever we see you. Despite having to bring you whenever I go (because you are solely breastfed, thanks to the constant support and encouragement from daddy E-Vin Yeoh, Jenny Tan Pooi Ching and Susie Chow) and still having to wake up in the middle of the night to nurse you, Mommy and Daddy are more than happy with the current arrangement. We know it's not easy, we know there will be critism for not giving you the bottle (or formula) but we also know what's best for you. You need comfort, cuddles and love, and that's what we will give you.
We're enjoying and treasuring every bits of you for as long as we can, because we know one day, you will learn how to soothe yourself... one day, you will have your own life to live and you won't need Mommy and Daddy anymore... You won't nurse from me forever, you won't need cuddles and comfort from us like you used to... But we will always be here for you whenever you should need us.
